The Substance Abuse Referral Helpline is the statewide resource for Substance Abuse-related:

• information
• community referrals
• supportive telephone counseling

2-1-1 Big Bend responds to calls routed from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Center of Substance Abuse Treatment, National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI) by providing Drug and Alcohol Treatment referrals to local treatment providers. Our helpline numbers are accessible for callers from Florida through the national clearinghouse number, 1-800-729-6686. Callers from throughout the nation are routed to their state provider for localized information and service. We are funded by the Florida Department of Children and Families, Substance Abuse Program. The Helpline is open 8am-5pm, M-F with the exception of state holidays.
